We were invited to consult, design and modify an existing building into a two lane Commercial Vehicle Workshop.

Following our initial site visit, it was apparent that this project was going to present us with several challenges. The main obstacle with this building was that the existing roof line needed raising to accommodate commercial sized vehicles. All structural steelwork, including roller shutter and personnel doors to the front and rear elevations required completely reconfiguring. In addition to this the timeline was particularly critical.
